Project ECHO® Integrated Communications Administrator
Band 3 £21,709 - £ 23,603 (pro-rata)
18.75 hours / week (part-time)
(Extension of Community Health Outcomes) is a global movement which originates from the University of New Mexico. Highland Hospice has been a ‘super hub’ since 2016 with a responsibility for running ECHO communities of practice and delivering training to other health and social care areas to do the same.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages, Excel and using CRM and CMS platforms. You will be a skilled written and verbal communicator with an inquisitive nature around the use of administration and communication solutions for effective online and offline audience engagement to assist the project in growing and retaining its customer base. The postholder will assist the project lead in adhering to the ECHO brand and communication policy and experience in writing online content for different audiences within a style guide is desirable. You will also work with the project lead and medical lead in developing and maintaining a social media presence which reflects the ECHO project identity.
With the support of the IT officer the successful candidate will assist the project in helping administrators in other health and social care areas to create and implement efficient processes utilising tools within Microsoft 365 and understanding the role of data collection.
COVID has created a cultural shift in approaches to IT and administration support within healthcare and this would be an ideal opportunity to use transferable skills from other sectors as well as developing ways to apply this within Health and Social Care.
