South Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Team Lead (Band 7) to operationally manage the community arm of our integrated team. You will have opportunity to build on your current experience/learning through implementing and developing this exciting new role supported by the Dietetic Service Manager, Dietetic Hospital Team Lead and AHP colleagues.
This role will also include a clinical caseload providing support to citizens/carers; clinical and non-clinical health & care colleagues through advice and/or training to allow them to self-manage their/others care. You will have the chance to shape our future workforce through the development of Practice Placement programmes to our student cohorts.
The delivery of this service will be Partnership-wide in citizens own homes, care homes, community hospitals and as a result of attendance at GP Practice clinics.
You must be able to demonstrate your depth of knowledge and experience in a variety of conditions and settings. You must also have experience in the supervision of junior colleagues and practice placement supervision. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and evidence of quality improvement activities.
Due to the nature of this role, a car driver is essential.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
