TRAINEE / CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST

BAND 7 / Annex 21 during training

Full Time / Permanent

Salary Scale Band 7 (Fully Trained) £40,872 - £47,846 per annum

Starting salary (Trainee Annexe 21) £35,884 per annum during 12 month training period

A trainee post with annexe 21 applied is paid a percentage of the fully qualified rate during the period of training as follows:-

Up to 1 year training: 75% of the pay band maximum

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our Urology team to undertake training to become a Clinical Nurse Specialist.  Training will be a mixture of online and face to face and all courses will be fully funded. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, professional and supportive team.

Once training has been completed  you will form part of the senior clinical team and you will ensure patient health needs are met through the autonomous provision of diagnosis and the management of patient conditions through assessment, treatment, and review planning process. This will be facilitated in partnership with patients, carers and families.  

This role involves providing specialist advice and education to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients and relatives
