Project Team Administrator 

Hours:     37.5 hours per week
Location:     Project Office, Orange Zone, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Project Administrator to join the Capital Projects Team, part of the NHS Grampian Estates and Facilities Department.
We are seeking an experienced, qualified and highly capable administrator to support the multi-professional Project Team working on the National Treatment Centre and other developments within NHS Grampian.
The successful candidate will support all members of the Project Team by providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service.  The Project Team comprises the Project Director, clinical, service and technical project leads. 
Relevant administrative and secretarial experience within the NHS, including the role of an experienced meeting secretary is essential; ideally with some previous experience of working in a large project.  In addition, we are looking for our potential colleague to have the skills to work within tight timescales and periods of pressure, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to support a wide range of professionals to achieve the goals of the projects.
