Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to appoint an Operational Business Manager to lead and develop the redesign of Midlothian Community Hospital to ensure the HSCP meet governance and statutory requirements in resilience, health & safety, patient experience, staff engagement, quality and safety and meeting the needs of Midlothian’s residents by ensuring our outpatient services are delivered in a safe and effective way.
You will have excellent previous experience in providing business support to a large organisations, knowledge in Health and Safety requirements, developing and implementing strategies and business cases to secure funding. Experience of managing estates/premises and capital projects is essential. A strong background in Project Management would be desirable within this post.
As the key point of contact for Midlothian Community Hospital you will work alongside senior colleagues across the partnership and NHS Lothian to deliver a modern and patient focussed hospital environment.
You will work within the Business and Performance Team in Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership and contribute to the wider delivery of the Partnerships strategic aims through this team.
