KJ089903 - Compliance Officer

NHS Grampian wish to hire a compliance officer to support the Maintenance and Technical Services team (MaTS) to assist in meeting the corporate objectives with specific focus on the provision of safe and compliant premises and equipment.

This will be achieved by supporting / managing a number of key areas. These include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the monitoring, inspection and reporting on the legislation, standards, delivery and risk compliance of Hard FM services
• Ensuring compliance of work in line with statutory documents and best industry practice
• Development and upkeep of the CAFM / CMMS
• Support the management and upkeep of technical documentation
• Support the definition, setup, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators and compliance improvement targets
• Supporting the use of the Estates Asset Management Systems (EAMS),
• Supporting the use of the Statutory Compliance and Recording Tool (SCART),
• Building Information Management (BIM),

The post holder will also be required to communicate and receive highly complex technical information / data to and from senior and operational managers to provide advice on corrective actions required to maintain compliance with relevant technical and statutory policy and procedures.
