SALARY: (£49,975- £53,948)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and develop the Rural Support Team in Caithness and Sutherland. The RST is based at the Dunbar Hospital, Thurso at present covering West Caithness and along the North & North West coast covering the Armadale/Tongue practice areas.
The West Caithness Urgent Care Centre is based within the Dunbar hospital which is currently undergoing a redesign culminating in a new hub consisting of all community services, GP surgeries, care beds and urgent care centre. Health services along the North Coast are also undergoing redesign with a new hub being built in Tongue which will house the Urgent Care Centre.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will embrace the challenges of this dynamic and varied role, with working in a remote and rural setting. They will need to have a strong team working ethos with vision and the ability to influence and support the Team and the wider service.
This is a permanent 37.5 hours per week post, worked in accordance with service requirements.
Relocation Package is available to the successful candidate.
