Candidates must display evidence of clinical experience in a variety of acute in-patient areas, with proven exposure in particular to Respiratory and CCU.  Ability to prioritise and discharge plan for a wide range of presentations is essential, as is clarity of communication and well-demonstrated organisational skills. Experience of supervision, mentorship and appraisal of other staff members / students is also essential. Experience in post CCU rehabilitation and critical care recovery pathways is desirable.
