You will provide clerical support to the service which includes reception duties, typing, data input and record management.
You will be required to deal with clients, members of the public and staff. As part of the administration and clerical team within the HSCP you will work directly with the multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team to support the service and will be required to communicate with all users of the service. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities.
The ability to work as part of a team with good planning and organisational skills and good keyboard skills is essential. Experience of data input, proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous NHS experience is desirable.
Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 3.75hrs daily with flexibility to suit service. Hours may be flexible dependant on service need.
