An exciting opportunity has arisen on the Bellsdyke Hospital Site, Larbert for enthusiastic registered mental health nurses who are keen to enhance/develop their clinical skills in a Staff Nurse position.
The successful candidates will initially be based within Bellsdyke Hospital site. Bellsdyke Hospital consists of Hope House – low secure female unit, Trystpark – low secure male unit, Russell Park and Trystview which are both rehabilitation wards. The successful post holders will, as part of a multidisciplinary team, provide care through a progressive patient focused approach, within a safe environment and underpinned by risk assessment and management that will maximise the individual’s rehabilitation potential.
As a pivotal member of the team you should possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others within the team.
