We require an individual who has relevant current health improvement experience at an operational level and qualifications in health promotion/improvement/public health.


Working in the Workplace Team the post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of work to encourage and support workplaces across all sectors in Tayside to adopt good practice in relation to employee health and wellbeing.   The post holder will be required to assist workplaces in the development of health improvement initiatives, develop and deliver training sessions and provide specialist advice and support.  The post will be based at Kings Cross Hospital in Dundee.


Applicants should be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and have a postgraduate diploma (or equivalent experience) in public health/health promotion.  Excellent communication and influencing skills combined with knowledge of workplace health and wellbeing issues are essential for this post.


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
