We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Adult Nurse to join the team on ward 15.  You will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of care for older adults.  You will be responsible for a group of patients with complex needs and be involved in all aspects of their day to day care which will include discharge planning.

To Apply you will required to meet the essential criteria:

  • You should hold current registration with the NMC and be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
  • Experience of prioritising and working in a dynamic and fast paced clinical working environment
