We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator based within our MVU Headquarters.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be required to provide a comprehensive level of administrative, secretarial and payroll support to MVU, which will include communication with both internal departments and external agencies.

In addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must have a wide range of administration/clerical experience preferably within a Healthcare service and have the ability to work to a high standard both as part of a team and on your own initiative. You must possess excellent planning and organisational skills, be flexible in your approach and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

You must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft applications and databases. You will be required, on occasions, to deal with sensitive information and therefore the post holder will require having awareness of the Data Protection Act and a high degree of professional integrity. Candidates will ideally possess a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or be able to demonstrate experience in providing high quality administrative support services.
