As a vital part of NHSScotland, NHS National Services Scotland’s purpose is to support Scotland’s Health. We do this by providing a range of specialised support services which we develop and improve in partnership with our many stakeholders. These include NHS Boards, Scottish Government and other public sector organisations.
We are seeking two highly motivated Planning and Performance Managers to join our team. They will work with a range of stakeholders to provide strategic and operational planning and performance services to NHS NSS and to the Strategy, Performance and Service Transformation business unit.
The Planning and Performance Managers will work across our planning, risk and resilience functions, supporting business development and ensuring continual improvement. They will have excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills and will use these in reporting to the NSS Executive Management team, NSS Board and Scottish Government.
Educated to degree level with a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience, you will have demonstrable skills in data analysis, performance monitoring and the ability to build effective cross organisational relationships.
Please note that although the role is advertised as being based at Edinburgh/Glasgow, in line with Scottish Government requirements, the role is currently carried out remotely.
