A vacancy has arisen within the Wigtownshire Business Support Team for a full time Business Support Administrator to provide high level administrative/business support to Senior Managers and to the Locality Home Teams.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level literacy and numeracy skills. You should have a good eye for detail and a conscientious approach to your work to ensure that systems are maintained and documents are produced to a high standard.
Candidates must be highly motivated and adaptable with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This post has a wide and varied workload and some of these duties will include managing diaries, arranging meetings and taking notes at meetings, therefore candidates must have excellent typing and minute taking skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including MS Teams.
