NHS Highland is seeking a talented and experienced Organisational Development Adviser to work with a small team to deliver its programme of cultural and transformational change. Working across all of Highland and Argyll and Bute, you will need sound understanding and contemporary knowledge of organisational development and the skills to work in a complex and challenging environment.
The postholder may be based in Argyll and Bute or Highland areas. Applications for part-time / job-share will be considered.
Please note that this is an indicative Band 7 and the Job Description is currently undergoing job evaluation.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 16th and Friday 18th March.
