We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment team as Senior Recruitment Advisor - International Recruitment, to lead on the coordination and provision of specialist advice for healthcare candidates moving into posts within NHS Golden Jubilee.
As International Recruitment Lead you will provide expertise on international recruitment to enable us to effectively recruit new staff from overseas as part of the Scottish Government’s wider commitment to increase the workforce of NHS Scotland.
With a particular focus on providing a high level of individual candidate engagement and communication throughout all stages of pre and post recruitment, you will develop and deliver a range of on-boarding, relocation and transition employment services to support the relocation and settlement of candidates into their new work and home location.
You will have strong organisation skills, with specialist knowledge and experience of international recruitment and working with people of diverse backgrounds.
You will have previous international recruitment experience, ideally in a Health Care Setting, along with an understanding of the regulatory requirements of international recruitment
Normal office hours will apply but there will also be a requirement to work flexible work patterns when engaging with international candidates in differing time zones.
