Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Permanent and fixed-term contract/secondment available (1yr, 18 months and 3 yrs)
Edinburgh/Glasgow - remote work will apply for the foreseeable future.
A number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Quality Assurance Directorate (QAD). The post holders will co-ordinate and support project activity to deliver agreed outcomes within timescales, cost and to a high standard. These posts require the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing competing priorities and working across different programmes and projects.
The successful candidates should be educated to degree level (or equivalent), and have an understanding of project management and experience of project work. They should also be able to work on their own initiative, be proactive, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail.
These posts will be primarily working in our inspection programmes, however you may also provide support to other review programmes within QAD. The Project Officer is a key part of the multiagency team with a role to play across all elements of the programme. Your role will include (but is not limited to) managing the process of collating and analysing data, contributing to the pulling together and proof-reading of reports and providing general programme support to the programme. We are looking for someone with good analytical skills, experience of report writing ideally gained in a quality assurance role and project management experience. Experience of multi-agency working is also desirable.
