We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Supervisor to join our team at University Hospital Monklands

The post holder will be responsible for the domestic services function within hospital and community premises through the effective deployment of staff resources to ensure effective cleaning methods, the control of infection and the promotion of a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.


KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB


Numerate, literate and practical 

Departmental Induction and Orientation

Domestic Supervisors Training Programme (provided internally)

Infection Control

Manual Handling

Health & Safety

Fire Safety

Management of Aggression

Payroll Systems

Elementary Food Hygiene (provided internally)

First Line Management (provided as personal development)

Human Resource Policies and Protocols

Level of experience working as a domestic within a preferred Public Sector environment
