The opportunity has arisen within the Supported Discharge Unit to recruit a Charge Nurse, Band 6 who will be influential in providing direction and support to the future provision of stroke care within the Operational Division of NHS Fife.
The Supported Discharge Unit (SDU) is currently a 16 bedded ward that is currently being extended to provide 21 beds overall. We are looking for nursing staff who have exceptional additional skills who can support our team in delivering patient centered care. Additional to this, applicant should have transferrable experience of leading/developing change within their support post.
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who has the experience and knowledge to complement our team. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to monitor, promote and actively facilitate the Supported Discharge Unit.
You must have significant experience and possess excellent interpersonal and have demonstrable skills in management and leadership. Successful change management in achieving high standards of care is desirable.
