Who We Are

The Digital directorate is responsible for delivering technological solutions to all NES internal and external customers.  Digital Operations is the team within that directorate that delivers technological solutions to staff allowing them to work from within the offices or whilst on the move in an agile manner.


What can you expect?
You will be working in an incredibly dynamic, modern environment and will quickly become one of NES Digital’s most valued members of staff. 
Key tasks will include but are not restricted to:

•    Providing high quality first-line support to internal and external customers via the Service Desk system
•    Ensuring tickets which cannot be handled by first line support are escalated appropriately to other internal support resources
•    Installs and repairs a range of hardware and software to meet the site needs and ensures the security of all this equipment
•    Provides audio-visual and video-conferencing support to internal and external customers 
•    Delivers basic training to site staff in the use of equipment and software.
•    Ensuring support tickets are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
•    Populate the NES knowledgebase with all solutions, how-tos and procedures for use by both internal support agents and external customers.


You will have:
•    Ability to understand a range of work procedures and practices which require analysis and are associated with the role. 
•    Understanding of the current digital platforms and technologies being used within the organisation.
•    Understanding of the requirement to ensure that processes and operating procedures are followed in compliance with agreed standards such as ISO 27001
•    Enthusiasm and ability to work within a team
