This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated technician to join our team of Pharmacy Technicians within West Dunbartonshire. This post will provide a unique opportunity for the post-holder to work within an integrated patient-centred service to deliver pharmaceutical care for patients living in the community.
This post requires excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and IT skills along with the ability to influence and affect change. This is an opportunity to develop your career in Primary Care working with multi-disciplinary teams particularly, social care, GP practices, hospital and community pharmacies.
The Post-holder will work within a small team of Pharmacy Technicians handling a case-load of patients and providing support and advice to patients at home along with care staff.
Enquiries are welcome from those with either a clinical or community background wishing to work within the Care at Home Pharmacy Team. Training and development will be provided.
Minimum requirements; Pharmacy Technician, NVQ3 or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Equivalent. Registrant with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Driving license essential due to nature of the role.
