We are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our service within Angus. The post provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with patients in the home and community hospital environments. The caseload is a mix of older adults, physical disability, palliative and long-term conditions. The post holder will work within the community rehabilitation providing both rehabilitation and provision of equipment and adaptations. They will also provide a key role in the transition of care from hospital to home.
The Occupational Therapy Service in Angus offers comprehensive support, supervision and is committed to Continued Professional Development and actively uses Turas.
You should possess a BSc/Dip COT in Occupational Therapy, have previous post graduate experience, be registered with HCPC and must produce evidence of continuing personal development. A requirement of this post is a willingness to travel across the locality.
