National Services Division (NSD) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Support Officer with planning and project management skills to join its National Strategic Networks Team.
Do you have:
• The ability to provide professional programme management support within complex programme environments?
• Experience of project planning, with strong administrative and organisational skills?
• A focus on quality and attention to detail when working to tight deadlines?
• Effective communication, interpersonal and team working skills?
We are looking to appoint a candidate who can demonstrate the above criteria. The ability to work as part of a team and having a clear understanding of the importance of stakeholder relationships is key. You should be able to work on their own initiative, be proactive, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail.
Home working is required at present due to current COVID-19 restrictions. However, office working requirements will be considered depending on personal circumstances and the restrictions lifting. Office bases are in central Glasgow and the Gyle, Edinburgh.
The NSD National Strategic Networks team provide high quality managerial leadership to enable networks to deliver their aims and objectives to standards and timescales mandated by Scottish Government. Networks include service users, health and other professionals from education, social care and voluntary organisations. The post will support Fertility Scotland and the National Police Care Network.
