Using quality improvement and redesign methodology, we embed lived and living experience across the totality of our programmes evidencing the need for credible and trauma informed Senior Improvement Advisors. Both roles require significant levels of collaborative working across Housing, Health and Social Care working within a multi-disciplinary team. It is therefore essential that applicants can evidence their experience in driving change, system improvement or redesign.
The successful candidates will be motivated individuals with a passion for driving improvement in complex areas. Responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for improvement. This role will be a key operational role reporting directly to the Portfolio Lead.
Our Housing, Homelessness and Healthcare Portfolio occupies a unique space in the Health and Social Care system bringing together Housing, Health and Social Care across statutory, private and voluntary sectors.
