Administrative Assistant
This is a part-time, secondment opportunity, fixed term until 10 months for an Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department based at Peterhead Community Hospital.
Previous administrative experience is essential. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook and preferably previous experience using Trak. You must also have a high level of attention to detail.
As you will be required to deal with a wide range of people, a polite and courteous manner is required as well as a methodical, organised approach to work. You will be required to prioritise conflicting demands and as such the ability to work under pressure is essential.
