An exciting opportunity has arisen within Community Care and Treatment Service (CCATS) for a Band 3, Business Services Assistant, working closely with the Primary Care team in Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (P&K HSCP) to ensure and facilitate the efficient delivery of services provided.


The postholder has a key role in the provision of high level comprehensive administrative support including the day to day administrative needs of CCATS to include, but not exclusive to, completing SSTS and rosters, recording annual leave, preparing RAAFs and HR letters and documents. Responsibilities also include direct support to the Primary Care Team Leader’s.


You will demonstrate good organisational and planning skills, understand administration processes and procedures and be able to prioritise your own workload as well as being responsive to conflicting demands whilst under pressure.


You will be educated to HNC/SVQ III in relevant subject, proven experience can be accepted as equivalent or have experience in a similar role.  Proficiency in IT skills is required.


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.  


Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this as a secondment.  You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
