As an SSTS Officer you will work within the Finance Department based at Ailsa Hospital. The post is available at 37.5hrs per week over 5 days and flexi-time is offered.

You will work as part of a team delivering an accurate, efficient and confidential payroll service. you will take responsibility for maintaining accurate data of unsociable hours, overtime and attendance records within the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS) to ensure that all data captured by the system represents the true shift patterns, prior to creating a file for release to payroll system. this includes the delivery of training for all SSTS users and the provision of advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues and staff members.
