This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the wider Team in the Emergency Care and Medical Specialties Department (ECMS) at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
Inverclyde Royal Hospital is a District General Hospital which covers a wide geographical area and admits patients from Greenock, Gourock, Port Glasgow, Largs, Dunoon and Rothesay.
The ECMS Directorate consists of a Medical Receiving ward (30beds), 3 mainstream medical wards and an Emergency Department. In addition we have a Covid SATA unit, Ambulatory Care area and a Medical Day bed Unit.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated Registered Nurses who are keen to widen their knowledge in various medical conditions and emergency situations and welcome the challenge of increasing their learning and education by rotating through all these various departments.
The rotational posts throughout ECMS will be coordinated by the Lead Nurse and her Team with a minimum length of stay of 6 months in each area.
