As a Health Visitor within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership, you will be highly motivated with a passion for improving outcomes for our children and families.
You will hold the Specialist Public Health / Health Visitor qualification and have a key interest in early intervention in the early years.
You will work in partnership with local children and their families, alongside colleagues in NHS and partner services to enable children to have the best possible start in life and reach their optimum health outcomes.
You will work with an excellent team of HVs and other Early Years staff to provide a service directed by the new National HV Pathway.
Our Early Years’ service, provides team members with continual learning and development opportunities in line with changing policy and practice.
Post will be based in both Kilmarnock.
This is a permanent post of 37.5 hours per week. Variations may be considered.
