As a Clerical Officer/Receptionist based out of Caley Court Resource Centre, you will provide a comprehensive, confidential clerical support and reception service to the North Ayrshire Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (NADARS) within Mental Health Services, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership.

You will be educated to ‘O’ Grade/Standard Grade/National 5 level in English and Maths and have an SVQ Level II in Business Administration or have equivalent proven experience.  Previous experience working within a reception area is desirable.  You will also have accurate typing skills and have experience of using Microsoft Office packages (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams).  You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to work with minimum supervision and to develop your own role whilst integrating as part of a team.  

Hours: 18.75 per week, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 12.45 pm.
