Are you passionate about making a difference to peoples’ lives?

Here in West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership we have embarked on an ambitious ‘Home First’ programme to improve the health and wellbeing of our adult population under the strategic direction of the Integrated Joint Board.  Working together with a range of partners both internal and external, we will enable our local population to remain independent and receive information and support closer to home, through whole system transformation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Adult and Children’s Occupational Therapy teams and Children’s Physiotherapy team within St John's hospital, Livingston. The post holder will have sound clinical skill having worked across hospital or clinical settings with experience of developing new models of care.

Leadership is key in this role as you will be required to support with the transformation of services as part of our Home First programme, as well as leading on models of advanced practice.  A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal is vital to this role, as well as knowledge of Microsoft office.

The successful applicant will be part of something unique and work in an environment that empowers them to succeed within a supported and well-established team structure. West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership are focused on investing in their staff, with opportunities for development.
