An exciting Band 4 opportunity has arisen within the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions (NMAHP) Directorate for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Healthcare Staffing Team within the Corporate Nursing function for a 12 month period in the first instance.
The key duties will be to:
- Assist in the co-ordination of the NMAHP Workforce Planning processes by supporting the application and data analysis of the nationally validated workload tools.
- Support NHSGGC in meeting its obligations for the NMAHP workforce as part of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.
- Work primarily to support the NHSGGC Corporate Healthcare Staffing Team in the provision of required quality improvement; care assurance and workforce data including outputs of the workload tools to identify NHSGGC NMAHP trends
- Provide administrative support to the NHSGGC Corporate Healthcare Staffing Team
We are looking for someone who has the relevant administrative experience of working at NHS Directorate or Board level. Ideally they will have experience of minute taking at Board/Committee secretariat level. Quality improvement, data analysis and excellent communication, organisational and literacy skills is paramount to the role.
Hours of work are: 37.5 Hours
