Suitable candidates must hold a category B,C1, D1, C and C+E on your driving licence for larger vehicles. This must be evidenced at interview. It would be desirable if candidates can also detail if they are in possession on a Digital Tachograph card, Driver CPC card and ADR Class 6. Experience of driving incorporating a delivery service and a good knowledge of Edinburgh and the Lothians area would be advantageous for shifts with the Staff Bank.
Subject to completion of satisfactory pre-employment checks, which include a Disclosure Scotland PVG check, successful applicants will be required to attend a mandatory induction programme consisting of 2 full days between a number of NHS Lothian sites.
