This is an exciting opportunity to join the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) as a Continuous Improvement Officer. The post-holder will support the implementation of systematic continuous improvement across the HSCP by facilitating, advising and supporting teams' improvement activities and projects and working with a range of colleagues across all services to support delivery of the HSCP's strategic plan and priorities.
The successful candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic approach with experience of improvement training and techniques.
The post is being advertised with the opportunity available for various hours full or part time.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Currently the post base is working from home.
All applicants' salary placement will be dependent on the appointed individual’s background and experience. However, candidates applying from either Aberdeenshire Council or NHS can choose to remain on their existing employer’s pay scale and retain their current employment terms and conditions.
This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
