We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitor to join our Wigtownshire Health Visiting teams. We are looking for a Health Visitor who will provide safe, effective, client-centred care, have excellent knowledge of the current developments within health visiting and have a proven track record of continuous professional development and innovative practice.
As a Health Visitor you will promote the wellbeing of Children and their families in accordance with the Universal Health Visiting Pathway utilising the GIRFEC principles and approach, and will be required to assess for health needs and commence the Childs planning process.
You will provide an accessible, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective health visiting service to the children and families of NHS Dumfries and Galloway. Excellent leadership and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be an essential requirement of this post.
