An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 6 month fixed term Band 2 Administrator to join the Enhanced Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation Service in South Ayrshire.
This is a demanding role, which requires discretion, tact and diplomacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and disciplines. You will be required to have an SVQ2 in Business/ Administration or equivalent service.  


A high level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and Internet is a prerequisite.  


Knowledge of the EMIS system, Trak Care, Carefirst and SCI gateway is desirable.  


Good organisational skills and an ability to be flexible in day-to-day working to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes.


Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team and knowledge of the health service, medical and therapy terminology is advantageous.  


Hours: 37.5 per week. This is a fixed-term/secondment opportunity for 6 months.


You will be required to work 5/7 days.
