The Opportunity

We are looking for an Assistant Learning Technologist (Senior Analyst) to join our small, but highly talented and growing team to collaborate and problem-solve the complex challenges related to the provision of eLearning resources in health and social care.​​

What We Love to See

Assistant Learning Technologists offer a broad range of skills and experience, if you can offer some or all of these, we’d love you to apply:

  • A clear understanding of managing queries submitted to help desks
  • Ability to confidently lead and facilitate conversations to find solutions to present learning that supports learners achieve the desired outcomes
  • Highly experienced in information management field
  • Ability to collaboratively work with different teams to achieve solutions to their eLearning needs
  • Proven experience as a problem solver
  • Highly effective communicator knowing how to make complex technical information and language simple for diverse senior internal and external stakeholders (both verbally and in writing)
  • Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines
