We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Coordinator/Clinical Educator to join our team at University Hospital Hairmyres

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all mandatory/compulsory training records are up to date and produce reports to be reviewed by the clinical leads. Organisation of internal/external training courses for staff with Peri-Operative training. Lead for blood transfusion, major incident planning and preparation. Lead role in ensuring all local and corporate inductions is carried out appropriately. To work closely with the clinical educator to ensure new staff/ students are well supported within all clinical areas.

Theatre experience is desirable for the role, IT skills such as spreadsheets and an understanding of Opera, learn pro and knowledge on revalidation/ TURAS training for staff will be essential. ​​​​​​​
