Fixed Term until August 2022

We are looking for someone with initiative and drive to join our busy medical staffing team within our Talent Service to assist in the recruitment and retention of medical staff. You will also co-ordinate the monitoring of junior doctors hours. Training will be provided.

You should be self motivated with general administrative experience and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel applications and email. You must have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. Previous experience in recruitment or the NHS is desirable. You should enjoy analysing data and have well developed IT skills.
