Salary: NHS Band 8a: £50,965 - £55,016 per annum

             Council: Grade 11: £55,148.48 - £60,221.70 per annum

Hours: NHS: 37.5 hours Council: 35 hours

​​​​​​​West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are looking for a proactive and dynamic Systems, Digital and Information Governance Manager to join our strategy and transformation family.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team committed to providing excellent health and social care services to the citizens of West Dunbartonshire.

As a vibrant and self-motivated leader you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight for all services and activities within our systems, digital and information governance team, providing excellent services to internal and external customers leading the development of a strategic approach to service transformation in respect of robust systems, digital transformation and strong information governance.

within the strategy and transformation family the post holder will be central to this in championing and leading the HSCP's approach to digital leadership and embedding a culture of co-production.

You'll be a natural leader and strategic thinker and be passionate about working in collaboration with colleagues across the HSCP, West Dunbartonshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, as well as our third and independent sector partners and our citizens, to achieve shared objectives and best value for the HSCP.

The ideal candidate will have as strong background in digital transformation including data driven decision making, be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst remaining focused on strategic goals and positive outcomes. At the same time you will inspire and empower, encourage open conversation and idea sharing.

The HSCP is committed to working in a hybrid way going forward. Our buildings will continue to play an important role in our future and serve as a place for spontaneous conversations, connection, collaboration as well as focused time. However as an agile and transforming Partnership we offer applicants the opportunity to work flexibly from their home as well as more formal HSCP sites.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the post holder to make a real difference to the lives of the people of West Dunbartonshire and you will be given the support and autonomy to develop and lead change within the Health and Social Care Partnership.
