Applications are invited from physiotherapists who are keen to develop their clinical knowledge and skills in acute paediatric neurology.
We have opportunity for a Paediatric Physiotherapist with appropriate clinical experience to join the acute Paediatric Physiotherapy Service based at The Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow.
The Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow is one of the largest paediatric centres in the UK and is a national and tertiary referral centre for a wide range of paediatric specialities.
You will provide comprehensive specialised assessment, treatment and management of children and young people who have highly complex conditions. The post includes multi-disciplinary working within neonatology, long-term ventilation, neurorehabilitation, neurosurgery, oncology and cardiology as well acute neurology.
You must be able to work as part of a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
The Acute Services Division is committed to offering all staff the opportunity to develop clinical skills with a varied caseload, and also offer appraisal, supervision and opportunities for continuing professional development. training and support will be provided where appropriate.
