- ‘Own’ our patient feedback process and use insights gained to improve our processes
- Lead on internal audit, risk management and corrective preventive actions (CAPA) to drive forward continual improvement
- Facilitate effective processes of document and records control
- Ensuring that the equipment and supplier database is kept up to date
- Be a key player in how we roll out our communications strategy
- Support the planning of the relocation of the unit to the Baird Family Hospital in 2024.
Essential to the role is a recognised quality management qualification and comprehensive working knowledge of the key principles of quality management. To be successful, you will need to evidence previous experience of implementing an effective and efficient quality management system in a service organisation; ideally in a clinical or laboratory setting.
The postholder will also need to demonstrate first class stakeholder management and communication skills and be a highly analytical thinker.
