We have the above vacancies at Sunndach The service provides long term care and short respite breaks for children and young people with complex disabilities and health care needs. Theis position is Full-Time, Fixed term - 12 months.
Applications are invited from innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated nurses to join this established nursing team. Excellent assessment, care planning and communication skills are essential and the candidate will be required to liaise and work with families and the wider multi disciplinary team.
Previous experience of working within this speciality is desirable; however consideration will be given to applicants who can provide evidence of transferable skills. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of motivation to work with children with complex disabilities.
We work core shifts within the service and internal rotation onto night duty is established practice.
