The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Test Analyst to join our small, but highly talented and growing team. You will work as part of a larger dynamic Delivery team helping problem-solve some of the most complex challenges in health and social care and will contribute to the successful release of new and innovative software.

Full support and on-the-job training will be given on your journey to become an experienced software test analyst.

  • An appetite for learning about all areas of software testing such as multi-browser, accessibility, regression and usability testing
  • Highly engaged, relishing the opportunity to learn new skills and become an accomplished test analyst
  • Ability to collaborate within a team consisting of members from differing specialties
  • Fearless in asking questions to uncover new information to inform testing activities
  • Experience in evaluating risks and using own judgement in decision making
  • Highly effective communicator knowing how to explain ideas and reasoning to fellow team members and stakeholders
