BAND 8A

Full Time / Permanent

Salary Scale £50,965 - £55,016 per annum

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our senior nurse within the Surgical Division at Raigmore Hospital. 

The Assistant Divisional Nurse Manager for Surgical Specialities  will work to support the Divisional Nurse Manager to deliver high quality care by providing senior nurse leadership capability and capacity to support the ongoing transformation of service model.

You will inspire others, leading by example and promoting a culture of person centred care encouraging continuous quality improvement, valuing professional development and striving for excellence in all aspects of the delivery of patient care. As well as a real focus on nursing and quality, you will work with the other members of the senior team to deliver our financial, performance and staff governance agendas.
