Are you a self-motivated, autonomous individual with excellent communication and leadership skills? The ideal candidate will have operational managerial responsibility for Aden Health Centre that includes workforce planning, quality of care, clinical and care governance. They will be required to develop positive and professional relationships and networks to deliver on strategic plans affecting the GP practice.
In applying their knowledge, skills and experience the post holder will take a strategic view of the practice and in doing so provide advice, guidance, training and leadership to all members of the Aden Practice Team and where appropriate working in collaboration with the other 2C practices in Aberdeenshire.
You will provide personal team leadership and facilitate partnership working to achieve the best possible health and care outcomes. This will require leadership in relation to redesign of services to deliver against the needs of the primary care implementation plan, new General Medical Services Contract supporting the Strategic Vision of the Health and Social Care Partnership.
The post holder will work in collaboration with Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership Management Structure to ensure the implementation, development and delivery of safe and effective, person-centred general medical service to the practice population of Aden Health Centre.
