Band 5 Occupational Therapist – Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services

ADRS OT service is seeking to appoint an occupational therapist to work within ADRS Services

Glasgow HSCP.  The post holder will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy interventions

to individuals with substance misuse and mental health difficulties.  You will function as an independent practitioner and demonstrate a range of interventions with a keen focus on client centered practice.  You should have a caring and compassionate approach to patient care, colleagues and carers, maintaining dignity and respect within all interactions and therapeutic interventions. The post will be part of a well established citywide team and will provide excellent opportunities for development and supervision.   You will manage delegated activity as well as maintaining a clinical caseload.  You should hold a current HCPC registration and meet all requirements for practicing as an occupational therapist.  This is a fulltime post 37.5 hours per week.
