Consultant in Dental Public Health
FULL TIME (10 PA, including up to 1 PA SPA)
Salary Scale - £87,534 - £116,313 per annum
NHS Forth Valley seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in the post of Consultant in Dental Public Health. The duties entail providing dental public health leadership, advice and delivery across the South East and Tayside (SEAT) Dental Public Health network in order to:
- improve the oral health of our population and reduce inequalities
- safeguard the health of the population
- support evidence based prioritisation and delivery of quality dental services for the population
The successful candidate will have dual role; to share the responsibility with existing Dental Public Health consultants of providing comprehensive dental public health strategic advice and delivery in both NHS Forth Valley and the South East Scotland Dental Public Health network.
The current vacancy is a full time post of ten Programmed Activities per week but applications will be considered from those wishing to work as a job share or on a part time basis.
