If so, this may be the perfect job for you.  Specialist Children’s Services in partnership with Central Parenting Services are delighted to be in a positon to offer this exciting job opportunity where you will be part of our brand new Children and Young People’s Networking Team within Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership.  As the Team Leader of 6 Health Care Support Workers you will provide effective leadership, direction and management of the team to support the  provision of person centered services for children, young people and their families within the community, working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.  We are ambitious in our visioning for the future and are clear about the need to establish integrated services that ensure children, young people and families receive the right support, at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs.  Being part of Scotland’s largest health board and Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), working within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Glasgow City’s HSCP offers you an extensive range of training, development and job role opportunities If this sounds like the perfect next step in your career, we look forward to your application.  Qualifications must include Educated to Degree level in Health, Social ​​​​​​​Work or Education discipline or Post graduate qualification and relevant experience of working with children and families
