Specialist Children’s Services in partnership with Central Parenting Services are delighted to be in a positon to offer this exciting job opportunity where you will be part of our brand new Children and Young People’s Networking Team within Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership. As the Team Leader of 6 Health Care Support Workers you will provide effective leadership, direction and management of the team to support the provision of person centered services for children, young people and their families within the community, working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. We are ambitious in our visioning for the future and are clear about the need to establish integrated services that ensure children, young people and families receive the right support, at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs.
